John Chamberlain, qualified with the firm, becoming a partner in 1992. Specialising in audit, including London Stock Exchange and OFEX companies, he has responsibility for technical and quality control matters. John has over the years developed expertise in forensic, due diligence and other specialist report matters and also acts for a number of clients in the financial services sector. Recent Involvements have included:
- Reporting to a LSE audit committee
- Providing expert witness reports to Court
- Providing forensic services in respect of prospective litigation
- Completing due diligence reports on prospective acquisitions.
