Also due diligence reviews and Accountants reviews pre insolvency to provide a turn around route where appropriate or to advise on the appropriate route into insolvency and advice to directors on their conduct. Act as reporting accountants for companies going onto OFEX. A number of successful recent prospectuses where minimum subscriptions reached & exceeded. There after continue to act as auditors and advisors and prepare and report on quarterly announcements to OFEX. Recent prospectus was for a VCT. Pre purchase due diligence reviews for clients to advise on the advisability of prospective investments.
