Prize winner

The partners are delighted that Alex Cahillane has continued the Brebners run of prize winners, and has been awarded first place and the Watts prize for her paper on ‘Audit and Assurance’ in the June 2007 examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Alex is the third first place prizewinner in as many years, in a firm that has 20-25 students in training at any one time. Clearly we are getting something right!

This success flows from the students’ own hard work, a high standard of practical training, and the knowledge that they have a rewarding future with us as the firm continues to grow both organically and by acquisition.
