Finley & Partners - Merger

Following on from the news of Jim Thompson's' retirement from the Tunbridge Wells office in our Spring Newsletter we are delighted to report our merger with Finley and Partners of Sevenoaks.

The combined firm - to be known as Brebners - will have 18 partners and over 100 staff and moves us into the top 50 chartered accountancy firms in the UK. The three local partners, Peter Hedges, Alan Nicholl and Colin Pomeroy will all be continuing with the firm, - although if Peter's handicap and Alan's backhand improve it would be no surprise!

At the same time as the merger, the Sevenoaks Office is moving upstairs - from the 3rd to the 6th - to a refurbished floor in Tubs Hill House, which is adjacent to Sevenoaks Station. From there to the main office in Soho is only 45 minutes and we shall be able to offer the full range of skills a medium-sized accountancy practice has access to. Businesses of all shapes and sizes have a right to expect that in the 21st Century and with modern technology, clients - wherever they are - will have the same service levels.
