Financial systems advice
Sage Line 50
If you wish to administer your monthly accounts in house, we have a team of Sage Line 50 experts who are more than happy to come to your premises to set up Sage and discuss appropriate safeguards, controls, and procedures. We can leave you to run your own affairs for the year, or review the accounts every quarter and help prepare the VAT return to ensure continued compliance.
Like most things, Sage Line 50 is easy to use if you know how and this is all atrributed to the right training. For example, do you know the difference between tax codes T1, T2, T9, T20 and T22? Are you confident that you are accounting for staff benefits correctly? Are you fully utilising your accounting software?
There are many aspects to Sage and it is beneficial to your business to ensure that you are getting the most out of it. We often find that a quick one hour review of your system can be beneficial to give you some bookkeeping advice.
It's not all about Sage Line 50!
We also help clients implement and test other accounting and control systems.
If you require a special investigation into your accounting systems, controls and safeguards, together with a detailed report on our findings, and recommendations for improvements, we would be delighted to perform this for you.
For example, we have recently tested one of our largest client's payroll systems. This included testing the authorisation and controls surrounding the preparation of the payroll, and the integration of the payroll system with the accounting system.
We are also offering our clients a cloud based accounting solution.
