How we avoid the pitfalls
Tax is a crucial consideration in corporate and personal decisions. We advise in detail on the tax implications of any particular course of action so that pitfalls are avoided. These range from the special requirements of the self-employed to complicated inheritance tax plans or advice on group company structures.
We plan and implement the strategy that is right for you taking into account all recent developments in law and practice. Continuing changes in legislation often provides opportunities to reduce the tax liability and of course some changes result in an increased liability unless appropriate action is taken.
We have a range of technical notes on the various subjects set out below details of which can be obtained from our London Office;
