Carl is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years' experience working in practice. He is a general practitioner with clients ranging from start-ups to businesses with turnovers in excess of £30m. Carl has considerable experience in dealing with SME’s, owner-managed businesses and family run companies. Carl is able to offer a wide range of advice to his clients and particularly enjoys dealing with tax planning and technical issues.

Carl provides business advice and solutions to a wide spectrum of clients which includes regulated sectors such as law firms, insurance intermediaries, pension schemes and also transport and distribution. Carl’s recent experience includes extensive work in mergers and acquisitions acting for both those buying and those selling.

When he is not working Carl spends as much time as possible with his family and relaxes by playing his guitars.
