The type of financial statements your business is eligible to prepare depends on factors including the size of your business and whether your turnover, assets and employee numbers meet certain thresholds. The accounts we most commonly prepare are full FRS 102, FRS 102 Section 1A and micro-entity (FRS 105) accounts.
