Daniel has over sixteen years’ experience working in tax and accountancy and is a fellow of the ATT – Association of Taxation Technicians. Daniel previously ran a boutique private client tax compliance and advisory firm, James Lee Associates, that merged with Brebners in November 2023.

Daniel is able to offer a wide range of advice to his clients covering all facets of tax: income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, VAT, NIC, payroll, HMRC disclosures, corporate tax and accounting. This breadth of knowledge allows Daniel to offer a more holistic approach to tax advice; understanding the bigger picture to help his clients achieve their long terms goals.

Daniel has a wealth of experience providing practical tax advice and compliance to individuals and companies. His clients mainly consist of HNWI’s, OMB’s, landed gentry and property investors.

Daniel has a keen interest in technology and provides expert advice on cryptocurrencies and digital assets held on the blockchain, including NFT’s, staking and mining.

Daniel is a proud father of two young children, a retired actor, an avid golfer, a lucid dreamer, and can often be found doing a handstand on Winchelsea beach before taking a cold sea swim.
