Darren joined Brebners in 1990 as part of the graduate recruitment and training programme and qualified in 1993. Darren’s roles within the practice range from general practitioner, to audit partner and assisting regulated entities.

Darren has been involved with all aspects of his clients’ development from incorporations and start-ups to future tax planning and succession. He is one of the firm’s audit partners and oversees the audits of medium to large groups. His clients operate in various sectors from computer software, building and construction, manufacturing, printing, financial services, property letting and services companies. He also specialises on non-corporate entities such as clubs, pension schemes and charities. He provides a wide range of services, including audit, accounting, general tax advice and advising FCA regulated clients on their financial reporting.

When away from the office Darren enjoys time with his wife and daughter and is an avid football and rugby supporter.
