Hazel started her accountancy career with Reeves & Neylan in Scotland. She studied for an HNC in Accounting before becoming AAT qualified and then became ACCA qualified in 1999.

Hazel joined Brebners in 2001 as assistant to the AMS manager and was promoted to manager in 2004. She became a general partner in 2009.

Hazel specialises in managing the accounting and taxation affairs of small to medium sized companies and has a particular interest in the fashion sector. Her particular area of expertise relates to management accounts and VAT returns. Hazel assists clients with the day to day running of their business and ensures that all compliance issues are dealt with.

Hazel is one of the partnership’s Sage Line 50 experts and can provide ad hoc assistance or can arrange specific training.

When she is not working, Hazel likes to go to the gym to de-stress!
