Having studied in Malaysia and Singapore, Lynn, a former Head Girl, continued her tertiary education in England. She is an alumni of the London School of Accountancy and the University of Westminster. She started her career at a top FTSE100 listed company before moving to work within firms of Chartered Accountants and AIM listed companies.

Qualified and highly experienced in the specialised field of company secretarial practice, Lynn is a Fellow of the Governance Institute and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). She is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Professional Practice Group (CSPPG) and the Association of Women Chartered Secretaries (AWCS). Trained in Corporate Law, taxation, finance, and management, she manages all aspects of company secretarial procedures, governance and compliance in an increasingly regulated world. She is also involved in recruitment and development and training of her staff.

Lynn is an avid traveller, favours cruising holidays and attempts challenging zip line adventures. She also plays mini golf, and enjoys cooking international cuisine. She has an interest in languages and speaks Malay and Mandarin and is fluent in Cantonese and Hokkien.
