Mark has been with Brebners since qualifying in 1997 and currently works with clients operating across a variety of areas (ranging from property development, pharmaceuticals, facilities management and construction to the manufacturing, retail and service and sectors). He also specialises in the provision of a wide range of services to solicitors, barristers and consultants.

Typically Mark’s work in this area covers all aspects of a solicitor’s requirements including regulatory SAR audits, compliance issues, LLP & Partnership accounting and due diligence work on Practice acquisitions.

Mark supports his clients through each stage of their development and growth, from incorporation through to sale, offering relevant and timely advice across a range of issues. Such services include strategic and operational reviews, due diligence, employee investigations, management accounting, general taxation and succession planning.

When away from the office Mark claims to remain 'technically active' on the cricket pitch with his ‘slower than it looks’ swing bowling. Having recently ‘retired’ from coaching youth cricket after many years, increasingly he keeps fit with a combination of hiking with family and friends, and the occasional (ill advised) foray on to the golf course.
