Colin qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985 with the London office of Deloitte Haskins & Sells where he worked mainly in their business development group focusing on entrepreneurial companies. Whilst at Deloitte he worked abroad and spent two years in corporate finance before joining the four partner firm of Finley & Partners in Sevenoaks, where he became a partner in 1994. Finley & Partners merged with Brebners in 2008 and Colin became the partner-in-charge of the Sevenoaks office. He advises a wide variety of clients ranging from retailers to manufacturing companies, property development and investment companies and charities. He particularly enjoys dealing with tax planning issues and owner managed businesses. In his spare time Colin plays golf and watches Brighton & Hove Albion who he has supported for well over 40 years!
